Shipping Policy
All standard and "$1.00 Select" Promotions are shipped USPS 1st class, unless otherwise specified by the purchaser. Most orders will be shipped same day if the order is received before 2pm EST. Please allow 12 days to receive your product before opening up a case. Tracking numbers are typically provided but not always guaranteed by our system. Nor does the tracking number that we have been provided always show up in the shippers system. Many times our system gets those numbers upon your delivery. Though this does not happen frequently it happens more than we would like. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Missing and Broken Orders
If your order has not arrived 12 days following the shipping conformation email please hit the link in your original email and fill out the form and hit submit. You will need your order number listed on your provided receipt. Details to your resolution will be sent to your email once we are able to review and resolve your order details. We apologize for any inconvenience or aggravation this may have caused. Please bare with us as we work to fix these issues.
